1. Introduction

MindfulStrategy, operating under mindfulstrategy.top, provides mindful strategy programs for directors and executives. These terms are effective 2026 and apply to all users.

2. Scope of Services

These Terms cover three categories of offerings: professional service programs, information products, and goods.

3. Professional Service Programs

Our signature service programs are live or virtual sessions tailored for leaders. Enrollment confirmation is required before service commencement.

4. Information Products

Digital materials such as e-workbooks and video courses are delivered electronically upon purchase.

5. Goods

Physical items, including printed materials and event kits, are shipped to your address on file.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Service Programs

Clients may request a full refund up to 14 days before the program start date. Refunds are issued to the original payment source within 15 business days of approval. Alternatively, participants may transfer their enrollment to a future program date at no extra cost.

6.2 Information Products

We offer a 14-day review period for information products. If you have not downloaded or streamed the material, you may request a full refund. Requests made after download or streaming are not eligible due to immediate access.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 15 business days after receipt of returned goods.

6.4 No-Refund Scenarios

Custom retreats or limited-seat workshops are non-refundable due to reservation commitments. We make this clear at registration and provide this policy to ensure seat security and quality of service.

7. Modifications to Services

MindfulStrategy reserves the right to modify program schedules or materials. Notice of any changes will be provided by email before they take effect.
